Ita manages the day to day running of the office, liaising with CLW’s client base and providing administrative input to all projects. She is also responsible for invoicing of work and manages the cash flow and operating expenses of the company.
Paraic heads up the design and planning facet of the business with 17 years’ experience in the areas of planning, construction and environmental regulation. He has project managed numerous large scale agricultural developments on greenfield sites and redevelopments of existing farms.
Seamus was also a founding director of CLW before returning to Teagasc to work as a Pig Specialist. Seamas has in excess of 40 years’ experience in the intensive agricultural sector. He previously worked as a Pig Development Officer with Teagasc, Ballyhaise and earlier in education with Teagasc. He is proficient in implementing Profit Monitors assessing the financial performance of farm enterprises and analysing outputs. He takes an overarching approaching in advising clients on the direction of their business.
Oliver has been involved with CLW since its inception. He has extensive experience of the Intensive Agriculture and Animal Feed sectors having worked in these areas for in excess of 30 years. Oliver leads the Financial Appraisal facet of the company and is experienced in carrying out valuations of intensive agricultural businesses and sites for financial institutions and private clients.
